EFJ and HND: Mreža TV affair example of "state capture of media"

ZAGREB, 13 Dec (Hina) - The European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) and the Croatian Journalists Association (HND) have described the dismissal of Davor Filipović as Minister of Economy over the funding of Mreža TV with money from state companies and institutions as "an example of state capture of the media", stressing that the government and the prime minister are responsible.
