Ombudsman: Social awareness of gender equality needs to be improved

ZAGREB, 27 Nov (Hina) - More than 85% of complaints to the Office of the Gender Equality Ombudsman refer to discrimination against women, it was said on Monday at a conference focusing on challenges in the implementation of the Gender Equality Act, which stressed the need to improve social awareness and education.
