ZAGREB, 19 Nov (Hina) - Zagreb Deputy Mayor Danijela Dolenec  (We Can! party) on Sunday welcomed the Constitutional Court's ruling that the decision of the City of Zagreb to phase out the stay-at-home-parent scheme for the current beneficiaries is not against the Constitution.
