VL: State takes away PAs from those completely dependent on other people's help

ZAGREB, 3 Nov (Hina) - The state is taking away personal assistants from those who are completely dependent on other people's help, the Večernji List daily wrote on Friday, adding that caregiver parents have appealed to the Constitutional Cour against the decision that goes into force on 1 January.
