PM: Regulatory clearance for Fortenova transaction neither requested nor issued

ZAGREB, 4 Nov (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Friday the takeover of a stake in Fortenova was likely carried out in Russia, that the government could not have done anything about it, and that the required clearances were neither requested nor issued in the EU.
