Serbia has to decide where it belongs, panel discussion says

ZAGREB, 26 Oct (Hina) - Serbia has to decide whether it belongs to the West or the East and negotiations on its European path should not continue if Belgrade does not align itself with the EU's foreign policy, participants in a panel discussion organised by the European Parliament's Office in Zagreb on Wednesday agreed.
