Activist: Chaining of dogs is outlawed but ban is not yet effective

ZAGREB, 4 Oct (Hina) - Activist Luka Oman has said in an interview with Hina that it is necessary to amend the legislation on the protection of animals, which has not been amended since 2017, and that although the practice of tethering dogs has been outlawed, this ban has not yet become effective.
