HDZ: Inquiry commission cannot be formed if court proceedings have been opened

ZAGREB, 29 Sept (Hina) - An inquiry commission cannot be formed for cases for which judicial proceedings have been opened, the chair of the parliamentary group of the ruling HDZ party, Branko Bačić told reporters in the Parliament building on Thursday.
