Minister: Possibility of amending INA shareholders' agreement to be investigated

ZAGREB, 1 Sept (Hina) - Justice and Public Administration Minister Ivan Malenica said on Thursday that in the coming period the legal possibility of changing the shareholders agreement between Croatia and MOL for the INA energy company would be explored as the corporate governance system in INA was evidently not functioning.
