Borrell: Russia could trigger BiH's destabilisation

ZAGREB, 28 Feb (Hina) - The EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, warned on Monday that Russia could launch destabilising actions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans.
