Kosovo passes resolution banning Serbian referendum in its territory

ZAGREB, 15 Jan (Hina) - The Kosovo parliament adopted a resolution on Saturday banning a referendum to change the Serbian constitution in its territory, ignoring the call from the Quinta countries and the EU to allow Kosovo Serbs to vote.
