Talks on basic collective agreement continue, unions unhappy with gov't offer

ZAGREB, 11 Jan (Hina) - Public sector and government employees unions on Tuesday expressed dissatisfaction with the continuation of talks on a new basic collective agreement as the government refuses to grant the 13th month pay and increase the base pay, proposing instead talks on the cost of transport and regular physical exams.
