Two presidents say Montenegro-Turkey relations are friendly

ZAGREB, 28 Aug (Hina) - Turkey excellently understands a deficit of stability in the Western Balkans and therefore it insists on the open-door policy of NATO and the EU for this region, Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović said in Podgorica on Saturday after he received his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan.
