Institute of Public Finance says NPOO lacks firm deadlines for decentralisation

ZAGREB, 24 Aug (Hina) - In its latest publication, focusing on a functional and sustainable local government in the 2021-2026 National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO), the Institute of Public Finance (IJF) says the plan envisages further decentralisation but fails to define any strict deadlines.
