Man indicted with war crime against civilians in Vukovar

ZAGREB, 24 February (Hina) - A 70-year-old former member of Serb paramilitary forces has been indicted for involvement in the torture and murder of a 16-year-old boy after the occupation of Vukovar in November 1991, and he has been in custody due to the risk of flight.
