Opposition says PM doesn't have a quorum without it

ZAGREB, 19 February (Hina) - Opposition lawmakers said on Friday they did not want to break quorum in parliament today although they could have, since one MP from the ruling majority was absent, because they were constructive, and told Prime Minister Andrej Plenković that without the opposition he obviously does not have a quorum.
