Milanovic: Supervising engineers should say why rebuilt houses collapsed in quake

ZAGREB, 7 January (Hina) - President Zoran Milanovic said on Thursday that housing reconstruction after the 1991-95 Homeland War had been a serious job and that the supervising engineers who were involved should say why some reconstructed houses collapsed in last week's earthquake.
