Borrell: Bosnia's dysfunctioning governance puts migrants in alarming situation

ZAGREB, 6  January (Hina) - The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, on Tuesday criticised the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina for failing to do anything to mitigate a dramatic humanitarian migrant situation in the northwestern parts of the country.
