Croatian president: Dayton deal can't be amended without all 3 peoples' consent

ZAGREB, Dec 12 (Hina) - Croatian President Zoran Milanovic said on Friday that the amending of the Dayton Peace Accords or any strategic decisions could not be made without the consent and agreement of all the three constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
