ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic  said on Monday after a Croatian Democratic Union caucus video meeting that an opposition interpellation the Krs-Padjene wind farm missed the point, and that it in fact refers to 2013 and the then government led by Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic.
