ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic says in his video message to the UN summit dedicated to biodiversity that Croatia is a "hotspot" of biodiversity in Europe and underscores that healthy eco-systems are "cornerstones of our development".
