Police: 174 road fatalities YTD

ZAGREB, Sept 11 (Hina) - Traffic police will be ramping up their activities over the weekend at numerous locations, they said on Friday, warning drivers, motorbike riders and young drivers that in the first eight months of this year 174 people were killed on Croatian roads, mostly due to driving under the influence, speed and not wearing a seat belt.
