Opposition has majority in Montenegrin parliamentary election

ZAGREB, Aug 31 (Hina) - The opposition has a majority in the parliament and President Milo Djukanovic's Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is going into the opposition after 30 years, the Montenegrin Monitoring Centre said on Monday after 95% of the ballots from Sunday's parliamentary election were counted.
