Court dismisses second conflict of interest case against PM

ZAGREB, March 19 (Hina) - The Zagreb Administrative Court has upheld a second complaint by Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic against a decision by the Conflict of Interest Commission which found that he had breached principles of conscientious conduct by failing to submit travel allowance documents in the "Helsinki" case.
