AZTN approves Venilia Investment's takeover of three Dalmatian marinas

ZAGREB, Feb 29 (Hina) - The Croatian Competition Agency (AZTN) on Friday assessed as allowed the market concentration whereby Venilia Investments from Luxembourg will acquire control of the Sibenik, Dalmacija and Borik marinas, until now owned by Dogus Holding.
