ZAGREB, Feb 19 (Hina) - The decision by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the status of farmland as state-owned will be implemented, and the entity of Republika Srpska (RS) will not be able to secede, the international community's High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Valentin Inzko, has said.
