Croatian PM says EU court tells Slovenia that joint agreement is needed

ZAGREB, Jan 31 (Hina) - The judgment by the Court of Justice of the European Union about its non-jurisdiction over the Slovenia-Croatia border dispute is a strong message to Ljubljana that unilateral moves cannot accomplish anything and that a joint agreement is needed, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said in Zagreb on Friday.
