ZAGREB, Jan 5 (Hina) - HDZ vice president Milijan Brkic on Sunday congratulated the SDP's candidate Zoran Milanovic on his presidential election victory and said the ruling HDZ must ask itself if its policies were good and learn from the message voters gave it in this election.
