Slovenia believes Court of Justice will decide it has jurisdiction in case against Croatia

ZAGREB, Dec 11 (Hina) - The Slovenian Foreign Ministry on Wednesday commented on the opinion of an advocate general that the Court of Justice of the EU has no jurisdiction in Slovenia's action against Croatia over the recognition of a border arbitration award, saying the opinion was not binding on the Court.
