Commissioner says there are no legal grounds for him to order inspection of gov't activities

ZAGREB, Dec 5 (Hina) - Information Commissioner Zoran Piculjan said on Thursday that there was no legal basis for his office to carry out an inspection of the government over Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic and government members' refusal to submit documentation on a trip to a summit of the European People's Party (EPP) in Helsinki in 2018.
