Leader says "Preporod" union of teachers won't sign deal with government

ZAGREB, Dec 5 (Hina) - The leader of the "Preprod" trade union of employees in the school system, Zeljko Stipic, said on Thursday that this union would not sign an agreement with the government after 61.82% of its 10,677 members voted against a recent proposal offered by the government for teachers' pay rise.
