Employers say new distraint bill has negative effects, should be stopped

ZAGREB, Dec 3 (Hina) - The Croatian Employers Association (HUP) said on Tuesday the adoption of a new distraint law in its existing form would have negative effects, from extending the time for obtaining a final distraint decision to six months and burdening courts to complicating the procedure and making it more expensive.
