ZAGREB, Nov 28 (Hina) - Finance Minister Zdravko Maric on Thursday dismissed claims that he blackmailed school unions with his statement that their rejection of the government's offer of a pay rise could preclude all other unions from getting higher salaries, explaining that he only presented the facts.
