Divjak: Offer contains elements for higher salaries

ZAGREB, Nov 14 (Hina) - Science and Education Minister Blazenka Divjak on Thursday said that the government's offer for school unions to end their strike contained elements for higher salaries and that it was time for students' right to education to be given priority over teachers' right to strike.
