Divjak says no one is negotiating with government on unions' behalf

ZAGREB, Oct 31 (Hina) - Science and Education Mnister Blazenka Divjak said before the government session on Thursday that the HNS-HDZ pay rise deal was the starting position for the government when it came to union demands, underlining that no one, not even the HNS (the Croatian People's Party) was negotiating with the government on behalf of unions.
