ZAGREB, Oct 28 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman has said that statements by the Bosniak member of Bosnia and Herzegovina's presidency that Croatia pursues a policy aimed at accomplishing goals set "during the aggression on Bosnia and Herzegovina" is proof that Bosnia is a non-functional country.
