Plenkovic: Croatia regrets lack of consensus on N. Macedonia, Albania

ZAGREB, Oct 18 (Hina) - Croatia regrets that EU leaders failed to agree on opening accession negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania, which deserve it, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Friday.
