PM: Gov't hasn't capitulated before employers but works in citizens' interest

ZAGREB, Oct 16 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Wednesday the government had not capitulated before employers but only wanted additional consultations, adding that it was drawing up laws in citizens' interest.
