President says Independence Day should be memorial day, not national holiday

ZAGREB, Oct 8 (Hina) - President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic said on Tuesday it would be good if Independence Day was observed as a memorial day and that Vukovar Remembrance Day should become a national holiday so that everyone who wished to do so could come to the eastern town.
