HBOR, EIB sign EUR 2.1 mn grant agreement for energy efficiency programme

ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - The Croatian Reconstruction and Development Bank (HBOR) and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on Thursday signed an agreement on the implementation of the ELENA programme, which will make slightly more than two million euro worth of grants available to enterprises to finance investments in energy efficiency.
