Changes to Penal Code to result in harsher penalties for perpetrators of violence, repeat offenders

ZAGREB, Sept 23 (Hina) - National police director Nikola Milina said at an event marking the national day for combating violence against women that the planned amendments to the Penal Code were designed to make penalties for perpetrators of domestic violence harsher and coordinate actions against repeat offenders.
