Minister says many war veterans feel lasting consequences of 1991-95 war

ZAGREB, Sept 20 (Hina) - Croatian War Veterans Minister Tomo Medved opened a national congress on psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy in Karlovac on Thursday, noting that many Croatian war veterans felt lasting consequences of the 1991-95 Homeland War and that of the 3,899 who died in 2018, 74% were aged under 70.
