Draft Pardon Act on parliament's agenda

ZAGREB, Sept 19 (Hina) - A bill on pardons, which received a first reading in the national parliament on Wednesday evening, enables the Justice Ministry to set up a seven-member pardons commission with a four-year term to adopt reasoned opinions and pardon proposals to be forwarded to the president of the republic, who grants pardons.
