ZAGREB, Sept 9 (Hina) - Associations of war veterans who were diagnosed with and treated for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) on Monday labelled statements made by an opposition parliamentary deputy, Mirando Mrsic, about pension recipients as ill-intended and pernicious.
