ZAGREB, Sept 4 (Hina) - The Democratic Alliance of Croats in Vojvodina (DSHV), the political party of ethnic Croats in Serbia, on Wednesday expressed its concern over threatening graffiti messages that appeared in the province's capital city of Novi Sad and over the fact that local authorities have not condemned the incident.
