Migrants in sinking van apply for asylum, smuggler still at large

ZAGREB, Aug 26 (Hina) - All the migrants who were rescued from a van sinking into the Kupa river van on Sunday evening near the town of Slatine Pokupske have applied for asylum in Croatia, a spokesman for Sisak-Moslavina County police, Dario Kacmarcik, said on Monday.
