Milanovic says president shows understanding for not respecting constitution

ZAGREB, July 19 (Hina) - Presidential candidate Zoran Milanovic said on Thursday that President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic "shows understanding for not respecting the Croatian constitution" in the wake of her support to Vukovar mayor Ivan Penava regarding a decision whereby the Constitutional Court found that the rights of the Serb ethnic minority in the eastern town must be enhanced.
