Sever: Unions should have been included in task force on referendum bill

ZAGREB, July 2 (Hina) - The leader of the Independent Croatian Trade Unions, Kresimir Sever, on Tuesday commented on an article in the Jutarnji List daily claiming that the referendum bill has been completed, saying that the unions did not participate in the task force preparing the bill even though they should have.
