ZAGREB, June 1 (Hina) - The lack of a European Union response to the latest messages from Pristina which directly reject the Brussels agreement means the end of international law, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday after Kosovo President Hashim Thaci said he would not agree to the formation of a Community of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo.
