Ex-minister says HDZ-led gov't buying votes with veteran pensions

ZAGREB, May 21 (Hina) - The leader of the opposition Democrats party, Mirando Mrsic, said on Tuesday the government was buying votes with Homeland War veterans' pensions and that by doing so, it was undermining the pension system, which was why other citizens have to work longer for increasingly low pensions.
